Jason Clowers

The Mudcats took the early lead of 1-0 until the bottom of the second where the Redhawks tied it up. The score was deadlock at 1-1 Where Marty Blackwell cruised threw the third allowing only 1 run total. The Redhawks scored 3 in the bottom of the fourth to take a 4-1 lead. The Mudcats scored in the top of the fifth making it a 4-2 game. The Redhawks responded with one to finish the fifth at 5-2. With the game being tight the Redhawks bats started to hit the ball in the 6th scoring 4. It should have counted 5 except for an unusual 6-4-2 and a hurdle which Chuck Stewart catching and Marty Blackwell cutting off the throw and going home from second made it possible to Javi Richmond being cut from the 2010 Olympic Hurdling Team. Jason Clowers earned another win within a week allowing only 2 runs total. Darren Ramsey was stellar at the plate going 2-2, scoring 3 times with a HBP he shined better than HS and Hawks dome combined.
