On Paul Weaver bobblehead night (his last game for the A's) The A's and 'Cats battled in a well played game Saturday night. Warren Eamer and Joe Simunac combined to pitch a brilliant 3 hitter. The A's did just enough with 2 hit performances from Paul Weaver, Kevin Stack, and Joe South to out last the Mudcats. The A's next promotion is this coming Saturday at their final regular season game. It's " Bring your dog to the ballpark" night and Wayne Williams has a few lined up from his nights at Buffalo Bill's in Whistler.
