Sunday mornings game with the Redhawks hosting the Mudcats looked to be a pitching dual after 4 innings. The Redhawks opened the scoring with 1 run in the bottom of the first after a leadoff hit by Javi. A stolen base by Javi, followed by a RBI double by Glen before the Cats could escape the inning. The game stayed 1-0 Redhawks until the Mudcats finally answered in the 4th with a leadoff triple by Charlie Caskey to start the inning and put a charge into Mudcat bats as they scored 2 and took the lead. In the 5th, the game was blown open with by the Mudcats who scored 12 runs in the next 2 innings. Chris Davenport was again stellar on the hill allowing just 3 hits, 1 Run, 5S/O and no walks for the Win
