The Cobras and the Mudcats played a tight game on Saturday night. The Cobras took the early lead off of Ronnie in the second inning. The Mudcats stormed back the next inning with 3 of their own. Cobras got one run back in the 4th with winning pitcher Orien starting the inning off with a triple followed up by Bird hitting a lazy fly ball to score O from third. To the dismay of Beauvais who was on deck who wanted his chance of hitting a can of corn. Something he normally gets scolded for from the rest of his team mates. The next couple innings were scoreless until the bottom of the 6th where a couple of singles and a couple Mudcat errors allowed the Cobras to put 2 runs up on the board to take the lead. Orien closed out the Mudcats in the top of the 7th for a complete game win.
