Jon Benedictson made his PMBL debut on the mound throwing three strong innings. Jon had a tough 1st inning as the Dodgers made some untimely errors for a three run 1st. Mike Cavanagh had a strong game going 2-4 with an absolute laced Homerun and 1B, 4 rbi's. Steve Cavanagh came in for relief and pitched four strong scoreless innings. The highlight of the game was, as always when you play the Cardinals, the post game "Rizzo" burgers. I don't know if the recent chatter online has made Rizzo step his game up, but the Rizzo burgers have never tasted so good. Mango set the record by eating four Rizzo burgers. The Dodgers look forward to next Friday as they face the Cardinals for the second and last time of the year. Apprentice Crowe was seen watching Rizzo's technique as he has the envious task of starting the grill duties for the Dodgers after the next Cardinals game.
