Team History
The Athletics were new to the PMBL in 2007 and went under the name Mustangs. They changed their name and uniforms in 2008 and are now known as the Athletics.
2008
The Athletics finished in 9th place during the regular season and faced the Razorbacks in an exciting wild card game for the final playoff birth. After defeating the Razorbacks, the A's stunned the PMBL with a three game upset over the first place Cobras. In the second round the A's played well, but were swept by the eventual champion Dodgers.
